(Hercule Poirot Mystery / Agatha Christie ; 29)
When Cora is savagely murdered with a hatchet, the extraordinary remark she made the previous day at her brother's Richard funeral suddenly takes on a chilling significance. At the reading of Richard' s will, Cora was clearly heard to say: "It's been hushed up very nicely, hasn't it... But he was murdered, wasn't he?" In desperation, the family solicitor turns to Hercule Poirot to unravel the mystery...

(Miss Marple Mystery / Agatha Christie ; 10)
An exotic holiday for Miss Marple is ruined when a retired major is killed...As Jane Marple sat basking in the Caribbean sunshine she felt mildly discontented with life. True, the warmth eased her rheumatism, but here in paradise nothing ever happened. Eventually, her interest was aroused by an old soldier's yarn about a strange coincidence. Infuriatingly, just as he was about to show her an astonishing photograph, the Major's attention wandered. He never did finished the story...

Na okładce: A man died for a crime he didn't commit...and the murderer is still among them.
"Recovering from amnesia, Dr. Arthur Calgary discovers that he alone could have provided an alibi in a scandalous murder trial. It ended in the conviction of Jacko Argyle. The victim was Jacko's own mother, and to make matters worse, he died in prison. But the young man's innocence means that someone else killed the Argyle matriarch, and would certainly kill again to remain in the shadows. Shaded in the moral ambiguity of murder, the provocative psychological puzzler of guilt, vengeance, and blood secrets is among Agatha Christie's personal favorites."

The unexpected guest / Agatha Christie. - London : HarperCollinsPublishers, 2017. - [2], 281 stron ; 20 cm.
Agatha Christie is the most widely published author of all time with her works outsold only by Shakespeare and the Bible. She is regarded by generations of fans as the greatest mystery writer ever, and her novels are read and cherished the world over.Clarissa, the young wife of a Foreign Office diplomat, delights in tweaking the sensibilities of her more serious friends and for playing a game she calls "supposing" --imagining a difficult situation and figuring out how people would respond. But Clarissa's lighthearted game becomes deadly serious when she discovers the dead body of an unknown person in her own drawing room. If that wasn't bad enough, her husband is on the way home with an important foreign politician and the attendant scandal of the dead body would irrevocably damage his career at the very least. Therefore, Clarissa decides to dispose of the body and persuades her three houseguests to help. But before she can get the body off the premises, a policeman arrives at her front door. The police received an anonymous tip about a murder in the house and have shown up to investigate. Now Clarissa must keep the body hidden, convince the skeptical police inspector that there has been no murder, and, in the meantime, find out who has been murdered, why, and what the body is doing in her house.

(Miss Marple Mystery / Agatha Christie ; 12)
In utter disbelief Miss Marple read the letter addressed to her from the recently deceased Mr Rafiel - an acquaintance she had met briefly on her travels. Recognising in Miss Marple a natural flair for justice, Mr Rafiel had left instructions for her to investigate a crime after his death. The only problem was, he had failed to tell her who was involved or where and when the crime had been committed. It was most intriguing.
